Coaching Approach & Duration:

Our Jump-Start Coaching program includes:

 

  • Five (5) one-hour coaching calls, email support, and the occasional short phone call to discus urgent matters

  • Defining your coaching objectives for the program

  • Defining clear outcomes and success measures associated with your coaching objectives

  • Co-creating high-impact practical strategies for achieving the coaching objectives

  • Honest, positive, purposeful, and insightful feedback to help you implement the strategies

  • Co-creating with you a go-forward plan to build on the foundation you created during the Jump-Start Coaching program

  • The program duration will typically be 6 to 8 weeks

  • Coaching sessions will be held via Zoom or similar conferencing tools

  • The cost of the Jump-Start Coaching program is USD $1500.00
