About Uri
Uri is an experienced executive coach, leadership development specialist, and career mentor.
Uri spent most of his career in senior Management Consulting positions, including Global Partner with Accenture in South Africa, Vice President with Oracle in the USA, and Senior Vice President with PwC in Canada. In these roles, Uri worked with CEO’s and other C-Level executives of large corporations to develop their strategic plans. He then directed the implementation of these strategies in complex business transformation projects.
Ten years ago, Uri switched from active consulting to coaching and leadership development.
He helps his coaching clients:
1. Find the job that will maximize their passion, experience, and market value,
2. Develop the leadership skills and behaviors that will help them achieve their highest career ambitions, and
3. Chart their Strategic Career Roadmap
Examples of the leadership skills include: improving Executive Presence, developing Political Acumen, Communicating With Impact, building High-Performing Teams, and improving their Professional Brand.
Uri works mostly with IT Professionals, Project Managers, and Management Consultants.

Uri earned his MSc in Bio-Medical Engineering and his MBA in South Africa. Uri is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He also holds the PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Uri is an avid traveler and amateur photographer.
