Our recommended coaching approach will be tailored to your specific situation and needs, and will typically include:

Our Executive Coaching approach includes:

 

  • 12 coaching sessions, email support, and short ad-hoc phone calls, should you need to discuss urgent matters

  • Confirming your personal and career goals for the short and medium terms

  • Defining clear and measurable Coaching Objectives

  • Co-creating high-impact practical strategies for achieving the coaching objectives

  • Defining a roadmap with clear and measurable milestones for achieving your goals

  • Identifying your Signature Strengths and the skills and behaviors you can leverage and build on

  • Considering the obstacles that may stand in your way and brain-storming ways to overcome them

  • On-going honest, positive, purposeful, and insightful feedback to help you implement the strategies

  • One-hour meetings, initially once a week, then once every second week

  • Initial engagement is typically 6 months with optional extensions

  • Coaching sessions via Zoom or similar conferencing tools

  • Occasional in-person meetings (depending on coronavirus and location)

  • Optional – Contextual discussions with your manager, your peers, and your team

  • Optional – 360 degrees assessment
