Service Description:


The success of any IT project depends on the composition of the leadership team of the project, and on the presence and alignment of five key attributes of this team.


This program conducts a quantitative 360-type assessment of the presence and alignment for several key attributes necessary for the team to function effectively and to lead the project to a successful completion. Based on the outcome of assessment, a coaching program is tailored to address issues uncovered by the assessment, including one-on-one and group coaching.

To help the Leadership Circle team develop the attributes that will allow them to function as a cohesive and effective team to lead their project to a successful completion.

Target Audience:


The IT Project Leadership Team including the Executive Sponsor, other executives, the Lead User, the Project Manager, the Technology Leads, the Vendor Lead, and other key stakeholders.


Format and Duration:


The Project Leadership Circle refines the key attributes it believes are important for it to function cohesively and effectively, based on a preconfigured assessment methodology. A 360-type assessment is conducted and the team is debriefed, collectively and individually, on the results of the assessment.

A coaching program is tailored to address the issues uncovered by the assessment. The program includes one-on-one and group coaching sessions. A progress assessment is conducted to measure the improvement in the team’s leadership. The overall duration of the program depends on the client’s and the project’s situation and needs.
