This program is aimed at corporate executives and senior managers, who wish to enhance their leadership skills,
manage mission-critical transformations in their companies, improve their handling of complex and sensitive corporate situations,
and / or improve their work-life balance.
The executive defines a goal they
wish to achieve. Together with the coach, they define quantitative progress measures to monitor the results of the coaching
program.
The program includes one 45 minute telephone or in-person

The
objective of this program is to align the leadership of the organization behind the corporate strategy to ensure a clear understanding

The program starts with interviews

The program comprises one-on-one sessions with each executive, followed by facilitated
group sessions. The goal of these sessions is to identify any dissonance or concerns that the executives might have about
any component of the strategy, and to address them, so that the entire executive team may articulate the corporate strategy
with one coherent voice.
