Uri Galimidi	Uri Galimidi: Uri Galimidi is the founder of The Will To Change Inc. Uri combines his experience as an executive in the IT and Management Consulting industry with his coaching skills to help IT organizations maximize the value they deliver to their companies, while optimizing their professional careers. Specifically, Uri helps IT project managers deliver their project on time and within budget, through a combination of in-depth project assessments, one-on-one coaching to the project leadership, and group coaching to the project team and project stakeholder. Additionally, Uri helps IT and Consulting professionals to develop their leadership skills and optimize their professional careers. Uri also offers executive coaching to help corrporate executives enhance their leadership skills, and maximize the management effectiveness. Uri is a former Partner with Accenture and VP of Consulting with Oracle Corporation. In these roles Uri sold and delivered many large and complex consulting and IT projects in a variety of industries and technology environments. Uri holds a M.Sc. degree in Bio-medical Engineering and an MBA. Uri received his coaching training at Coach University and was certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Uri is also the Treasurer and a board member of the Toronto Chapter of the ICF. Uri is married and has three wonderful daughters and four joyful grandchildren. In his free time he likes to participate in long distance races (1/2 marathons), travel to exotic destinations, creative photography such as on this website, and playing his conga drums.
Ben Baltsan	Ben Baltsan:  Ben Baltsan is an Executive Advisor with over 15 years of progressive consulting and managerial experience. Ben worked for leading multinational firms including IBM, Amdocs, and Accenture across a variety of industry groups such as Communications, Internet, Healthcare and Retail. Ben delivered large, strategic, business transformation programs (with budgets of $100M, 20 participating teams, and over 500 person years). He advised on and drove C-suite strategic decisions and produced results that were reflected in corporations' bottom line. Ben led new technology implementations from early adoption to maturity (i.e. SOA, IPTV, electronic medical file, etc.) and overcame scalability challenges and social barriers. He introduced creative and original approaches, when standard methodologies and textbook solutions weren't applicable to the situation. Ben also developed a project methodology and delivered project management training for large consulting organizations. Ben holds an MBA degree, a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, and was certified as PMP.
Meir Peleg	Meir Peleg: Meir Peleg is the representative of The Will To Change Inc. in Israel. Meir is an experienced professional in a variety of industries and has held senior Information Technology, Marketing, and Human Resources positions. Since 1994, Meir has been a lecturer at Israeli colleges in the areas of Business Management, Marketing, and Information Technology. Meir specializes in the Internet, Portals, Retail Systems, and website design and development. Meir is also a certified instructor with the Center for Enterprise Development (MATI) in Haifa. Meir has a Masters degree in public service administration and public service audit.
